Not a Chipboard piece, not a Sticker, it's a Whimsy Wafer. Doodlebug combined the ease of a Sticker with a 1.5mm white core Chipboard and created a self adhesive 3D Wafer full of color, unique artwork, and fun for all projects. I love all of the Doodlebug Lines, but this one is right up there at the top.
